Wheel change
The van swaps the flat for the spare you already have, or mounts a tire we are carrying. Say the size and whether a spare is in the car before we roll.
On the shoulder
We jack on firm ground, on the hard shoulder or in a legal bay. Lug nuts are torqued and checked. If your car uses a locking nut, the key has to be in the car. We do not force a lock, and we do not pick one. No key, no swap.
A full-size spare goes back on as a normal wheel. A skinny spare is a limp wheel: lower speed, shorter distance, then a proper tire at the yard or from the van if we have the size. No spare at all means a puncture repair or a stocked tire, not a spare we invent.
What the price covers
Day swap to your spare is ₪295, including ₪45 VAT. Night, Sunday–Thursday 19:00–22:00, is ₪354. Roads 2, 4, 5, and 20 add ₪118. A stocked passenger tire, mounted, starts at ₪472 by day and ₪531 at night, tire included, when that size is on the van. If it is not on the van, the dispatcher says so. We do not balance on the Ayalon. Balance is at the yard: ₪236 when you bring the tire during desk hours.
If the key is locked inside, call a licensed locksmith. This company does not do that work.
