Terms

These terms cover roadside tire work and jump-starts by Signal Asphalt Ltd. (סיגנל אספלט בע״מ), company 518403720, 12 HaPalada Street, Or Yehuda 6021812. The phone quote is the contract for that job. The tariff on this site is the published board the quote is taken from.

The work

We change a wheel for your spare, repair a tread puncture when it is safe, mount a stocked passenger tire when we have the size, balance at the yard, and jump-start a 12-volt system. We work the roads and cities listed on Roads.

What we do not do

We do not open locked cars. We do not pick locks. We do not decode keys. We do not bypass immobilizers. If a key is locked inside, call a licensed locksmith. That work is not ours. We do not tow. We do not jump a traction battery on a hybrid or an electric car. We do not repair a sidewall or a tire we have told you is finished.

Hours and Saturday

Vans: Sunday–Thursday 06:30–22:00, Friday 06:30–15:00. Desk: Sunday–Thursday 08:00–17:30, Friday 08:00–13:00. Saturday the board is closed. The phones are not answered for dispatch on Saturday. Yom Kippur is closed. The clock on this site shows the weekly window in Asia/Jerusalem. It does not know the Hebrew calendar, so a weekday clock does not override a Yom Kippur closure.

Prices, night rate, VAT

Published prices include VAT at 18%. The tax invoice shows the VAT line and company 518403720. Day rates apply 06:30–19:00. The night rate applies to a job confirmed by phone from 19:00 until the vans close at 22:00, Sunday–Thursday. Friday has no night rate; Friday dispatch ends at 15:00. There is no Saturday rate because we do not work. Roads 2, 4, 5, and 20 add the highway supplement of ₪118, including ₪18 VAT, on top of the job. A city street does not. The dispatcher states the sum before the van leaves. Run-flat, 19-inch and larger, and light commercial are outside the printed floor and are quoted on the call.

Arrival

Any time we give is a range, not a promise and not a contractual arrival. Municipal ring 25–45 minutes, freeway shoulder 35–70 minutes, edge of the board 40–80 minutes. Traffic, an earlier call, or a closure can make it later. If we cannot roll, we say so before you wait on the shoulder.

Safety

Pull fully onto the hard shoulder or a legal bay. Hazards on. High-visibility vest on before you step out. Place a warning triangle only if you can do it without stepping into the lane. Stand behind the guardrail, not between the car and the traffic. We will not work in a live lane. On the Ayalon, if there is no shoulder, do not stop in the lane; if the car still rolls, leave at the next exit and call again. We may refuse a stop we judge unsafe. If we refuse before leaving the yard, there is no charge. If we arrive and the shoulder we were sent to is not a place we can work, there is no charge for that refusal.

Cancellation

Cancel before the van leaves the yard and there is no charge. Cancel a yard visit after the van has left for that appointment: ₪177, including ₪27 VAT. Cancel a roadside job after the van has left: ₪177, plus the ₪118 highway supplement if the van has already entered Highway 2, 4, 5, or 20 toward you (₪295 together). A repair we decline, when you do not take a tire, is the same ₪177 visit charge.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, by card or cash, unless the desk agreed a bank transfer on the call. The invoice is a tax invoice from Signal Asphalt Ltd.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for bodily injury or death caused by negligence where Israeli law does not allow that exclusion. A repair covers the tire we were shown and the work we described. It does not cover a tire you drove flat after we told you to stop, a defect we pointed out and you refused to replace, or a battery and alternator after a jump-start. A jump-start is an attempt to crank the car, not a warranty that it will keep running.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
