The law
We handle personal data under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981). Amendment 13 to that law has been in force since 14 August 2025. It strengthened the Privacy Protection Authority’s enforcement, notice and security duties, and the rights of people whose data is held. This notice is how we meet the notice duty for this small dispatch operation.
What we collect
On a call: your phone number, what you say about the car, the wheel size, whether you have a spare, and the place you ask us to reach. On the yard form: the name, phone, job, wheel size, date, and note you type. The form does not post to a server of ours. Your browser opens WhatsApp. We also keep invoice details required for a tax invoice.
Location
A location you share for a call — a road, an exit, a pin, or a description of the shoulder — is used to dispatch the van and to call you back about that job. It is not sold. It is not passed to advertisers or data brokers. We do not run a location product.
Why
To decide if we can reach you, to quote the tariff, to send the van or book the yard, to invoice, and to deal with a complaint about the job. We do not use the data for unrelated marketing. We do not make an automated decision that produces a legal effect on you.
If you submit the yard form, WhatsApp opens with a note. Meta processes that message under its own terms, which may include processing outside Israel. We see the text you send. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes.
Cookies
See Cookies. Until you choose, this site sets no cookie. Accept sets one first-party cookie. Reject does not.
How long
Call notes and yard messages are kept up to 24 months. Tax invoices are kept for the period the tax rules require, which in ordinary cases is seven years. A location pin is not kept once the job is closed and the note no longer needs it, and in any case not beyond the 24-month note period.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to a legal duty to keep an invoice or a record of a dispute. Write to board@tyrehub.pro. We will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.
Not sold
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for another company’s marketing. A payment processor or the phone company handles the transaction you choose, under their own rules, only as far as the payment or the call requires.
Children
The board is for drivers. We do not seek data from children.
